If you have ticked the ‘don’t know my address box’ and we have not received your new address within three days of your delivery date, we will contact you to find out. We only need 24 hours to change delivery addresses. Pay securely using your debit/credit card or PayPal account. Alternatively, call us to pay over the phone.
All packages are recorded, insured, tracked and signed for.
*We may not be able to deliver to Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles.
FAQs
You can choose the delivery date that best suits you on the delivery calendar. You can find this on our checkout when you pay.
The minimum lead time is 4 working days. (For example, if you order on a Monday, your parcel can be delivered on Thursday, if you order on Thursday you would receive delivery on Tuesday).
You can order up to 3 months in advance.
If you need a pack faster than 4 working days please email us, we may be able to help we will always try to help.
As standard, packages are delivered between 9am and 5pm on the delivery day you have chosen. However, there is also the option of having your parcel arrive before 9am for an extra £7.99.
You can place your order at any time. Simply select your delivery date at checkout. If you are unsure of your address there is an option box at the checkout called “Do not know your accommodation address yet.” If you click this, we will contact you 48 hours hours before your move-in date to update your delivery address.
Students can get packages delivered to their home before they leave or directly to their student halls / private student accommodation.
Receiving parcels is part of normal student life; your accommodation will have the facility to receive parcels, usually in the form of a post collection area which will be close to your halls.
As long as you provide the address of your accommodation front desk or postal room, your pack will reach you.
Alternatively, you can have the pack delivered to your home before you go to University; both options are delivered by our trusted couriers on the day that you specify.

For the COMPLETE STUDENT PACK the approximate weight is 18.4kg, the box is 60 x 60 x 60cm.
For the STUDENT KITCHEN PACK the approximate weight is 13.4kg, the box is 60 x 40 x 40cm.
For the STUDENT BEDDING PACK the approximate weight is 6kg, the box is 60 x 40 x 40cm.
Yes. If we have not shipped your parcel we can cancel & refund your order straight away, no questions asked.
If your parcel has already shipped we will need it shipped back to us; we provide free return labels to do so.

We can offer a partial refund for any items missing or broken. However, if you would like a replacement item then please email us at customerservice@unpacked.
We offer a range of sizes from single to king size. When booking your room, you will be able to see the sizing options for the beds. However, if you are unsure, you can get in contact with your university accommodation who should be able to provide that information. If you have any issues contact us by email.
The dimensions are as follows:
Single: 95cm x 190cm (48” x 75”)
Small double (3/4): 135cm x 200cm (53” x 79”)
Double: 200cm x 200cm (79” x 79”)
King 225cm x 220cm (89” x 87”)
Our ¾ size packs come with ¾ fitted sheets but double duvets and duvet covers, meaning there will be a few inches more overhang.
Our courier will email you your tracking details so that you can track your parcel online live. We will also email you the day before your pack is delivered, informing you that it’s on its way.
We usually ship our parcels with DPD.
